WIP: Remove traces of sle in project

Henrik Triem requested to merge fix/remove-sles-from-spec into master

This MR removes all SLES related instructions from the spec file. Since a lot of the SLES instructions also apply to OpenSUSE, this doesn't remove much. There is also an argument to be made for keeping our subscription packaging spec file as close to this spec file as possible & vice versa, though another solution for this issue should be prefered.
