Include NEWS about removal of classicui

+  The ClassicUI package for Icinga 2 has been deprecated in 2.8.0
+
+  With 2.10.0-1 the package also have been removed with the Debian packages.
+
+  If you want to keep using the Classic UI feel free to do so by keeping the
+  config files manually.
+
+  Also see /usr/share/doc/icinga2/CHANGELOG.md.gz
